Lonely in a sea of nothing,
a sea that stretches from forever to nowhere
49 degrees north of abandoned,
30 degrees east of nothing.
It doesn't matter where or how far you swim,
Little fish,
Little blue fish with fading scales,
It stays the same.
Cold, blue, empty, silent, forgotten, in every direction.
Oh little fish,
you look so tired.
How long have you been swimming?

your eyes look so dull.
How long have you been hoping?
It's so cold here, seeping into my bones as I watch this little fish,
so small compared to this huge world, this ocean, this sea of nothing.
Little fish, why are you still swimming?
