Hey there! I really want to thank all those people who continue to read this story! But the sad thing is, I'm running out of ideas. ;~; So can I get some reviews? XD You don't have to, but I just need help. Either ways, I hope you enjoy this new chapter!
Frey
Walking down the dark, slightly misty street, I whistled cheerfully. I was wondering how the wolf was doing. I shrugged it off and my mind wandered on to another topic, why I was called the little angel of this town. This topic has always crossed my mind when I don't know what to think about.
I usually laughed, but sometimes, people took it a step further, saying with me around, the demon that haunted the town would leave. Now that concerned me. Why? Well, I must certainly didn't want to tick a said demon off with that saying.
I had just finished running an errand for my friend when and I swung the small grocery bag in my hand, smiling slightly. That was, until I felt a shiver suddenly pass through my body.
"What...?" Why did it feel like the temper had just dropped by at least 20 degrees? Was that even possible? I could feel another shudder pass through me. My 'fight or flight' instincts were growing wild as I felt slightly hesitant...about what though? What was out here? And what made matters worse was that the mist was making it harder to see as well. I stopped when I heard...Footsteps?
"H-hello?!" I called out, hoping I would get a reply in return...
Silence.
This caused me to feel stone cold, especially as that strange noise kept getting closer, and the jitters in my body kept getting even more violent. After another 2 or 3 minutes, I heard nothing. I soon decided it was okay to start walking again, and that it were just my imagination. Or so I thought.
"Where ya going, Sweetheart? Don't cha wanna play a little?"
The voice was quiet and had a darker, dangerously handsome tone to it. I felt my heart hammering in my chest, and my eyes widen slightly. Faster than I could blink, someone was in front of me. A man whom looked closed to my age with ragged, strawberry blonde hair, tattoo's and...red eyes? He was right in front of me, and bending down so he was just in front of my face, a impish smirk playing on his lips. And wait...was that...horns?
"So you're the little angel, eh? I could see why, you definitely look like an angel." I could see him run his tongue over his lips as he grew closer to me, causing me to take a step back.
"I-I...uhm...er...please go away! Or I'll...uhm...call the cops!" I squeaked out. The strange boy paused...before he laughed. A sinister sort of laugh that gave me chills.
"You? Call the cops on me? How cute..." He said, before he suddenly captured my chin in his index finger and thumb.
"W-who are you!? And let go of me!" I tried to get away from him, but I was paralyzed...probably with fear. The male only gave a smirk.
"I'm Frey...You can try to run all you want...Andea," Frey leaned closer to suddenly whisper in your ear, "but this demon's found a nice little toy for a while."
I suddenly yelped when I felt sharp fangs prick my ear. How did he even know my name!? I flinched away, swallowing heavily, but didn't answer for a moment. Hmm...what if I was polite and nice! That might work! Or at least stun him enough for me to run…
"So nice to meet you, Frey...If you would kindly let me go now, that would be most appreciated, I'm sure my friend's getting worried..." I trailed off and looked up at him, who looked dumbfounded...before he laughed again.
"Oh man, I really hit the jackpot with this one. I see why they call you little angel now!" He… he had an almost childlike look, like taking a 7 year old into Toys R Us and telling them you'd buy them whatever they wanted. In fact, in light of the situation, it caused me to giggle slightly. He looked so...innocent now! But that was part of my mistake...
He growled slightly, grip tightening on my arm. "Too bad I hate angels...But first..." His red eyes narrowed to something more...alluring as I felt his tongue run across my neck, causing me to squeak once more, face turning a dark cherry red.
"How about I break your wings, my little angel?" He whispered into my ear, and I gulped slightly as I could feel his hand trailed across my neck and to my shirt collar.
Quickly, I flinched away. "A-ah! Please stop! I don't want to hurt you!" I stuttered quickly, and Frey stopped to look at me, pausing. Smirking, he traced a claw like finger nail down my neck, eyes like slits.
"I can do whatever I want to you, Andea. You are mine now, after all." Frey met my neck with his lips, and I whispered, "You're messing with the wrong girl." I smirked, and before he knew it he was on the ground, and I was running away.
I yelled back at him, "You're dealing with a girl who could beat down a demon!" I looked back at him and smirked, seeing his face dumbfounded.
