Okay, new chapter, I believe it is a little longer than the previous two, and we are starting to get into the good stuff J
I will try to post as often as I can, if you guys like it.
So please let me know what you like, dislike, and what I can do to make it better, this is my first story, so it would be valued.
I would also like to thank Inky ivory and for reviewing, it makes me so happy, I don`t think you understand. So THANK YOU!
Love,

I was very impressed with the club overall, there were guards at the entrance, that checked bags, and confiscated alcohol and drugs some shadier kids tried to smuggle in (my mom would appreciate that, not the shady kids, but the confiscating). And at this point we had a pretty good survey of the entire "dancing room" there was also a large bathroom and a gaming room that we checked out, but nothing could match the dance floor. The strobe lights and paint made it an unforgettable place. The dance floor flashed different color and to the beat of the music, which was being controlled by a tall, handsome, mixed guy. He was standing against the back wall, about eight feet off the ground in what looked like a huge black box, without the lid, traced in lights. When you get closer the box transforms into huge speakers pumping out music. He had on a black snapback, black sunglasses, one hand on his laptop, and the other had a pair of beats pressed to his ear. A neon pink shirt covered his torso, but didn't hide the clear definition of his muscles underneath, highlighted with a tribal tattoo, barely visible on his bicep. Most of the girls winked at him, but I didn't bother, he seemed much older, and frankly we couldn't get that close to his platform, the crowd was packed.
On the right wall were huge drums, with paint poured on them and drumsticks, when you hit the drum, the paint splattered all over you, and lit up in the black lights mounted everywhere. Occasionally, a skilled drummer or group of drummers would take the stage and Derek would play music in the background as he shouted them out.
The left wall featured a full length table, covered in sodas, waters, punch bowls, and snacks, every kind you could imagine (all carefully monitored by guards to prevent shady kids again, another fact I should mention to my mother).
And possibly most impressive was the smoke that seemed to just appear, it lit up with the strobe lights and in different colors, the whole room seemed to be full.
The game room was also very impressive, 10 computers, and just as many flat screens and gaming stations, plus a dancing machine that was very popular. Harper and I didn`t spend much time in there because it was mostly nerdy guys, all trying to get us to sit in their laps while they played. We did stay long enough for me to beat their asses in some races. I swear, when we sauntered out of there, they were picking their jaws off the floor and mopping up their drool.
But honestly, if they had just left their cave, they would I have found beautiful girls on the dance floor willing to grind on any guy that comes around, silly boys.
We`re classier than that though, we don't grind. Not unless you can stop and talk to us first, some boys, who are cute enough, just bounce from girl to girl. We dance just us, having fun, that's why we came here in the first place.
"Alright, guys, this is my last song before I take a little break, but don`t worry, we won't leave ya` hangin`," Derek says into his microphone. Just then the beat changes, and everyone yells when we recognize the melody.
We organize ourselves into lines, all facing Derek. I`m standing next to Harper and there is some guy and his girlfriend next to me. Damn couples.
This time we`re gonna get funky
Everybody clap your hands
We follow DJ Casper`s instructions with smiles on our faces.
Alright we gonna do the basic steps
Slide to the left
Slide to the right
Take it back now ya`ll
The whole crowd moved in synchronization, except for the few that didn't know their left from their right.
Now turn it out
I spun quickly to my left, fast enough to catch the guy behind me staring and smiling at me. I smirked back, before he too spun. This round of moves I did slightly closer to him, we were both looking at each other from the corner of our eyes.
We spun again, this time I got a clear shot of how well his pants fit him, and how well he executed the simple dance moves, and I looked to Harper. I caught her staring at the guy dancing next to him, who, from the back, appeared pretty attractive. We smiled at each other, and I swear the guys exchanged looks with each other too.
In a few short minutes of watching each other dance and doing our best to dance as well as we possibly could, smiling at each other when we got the chance, the song ended.
"Alright, guys, we are gonna take a quick breather, just to let ya`ll know, it is 10 pm," Derek switched the music over to previously mixed tracks and stepped into the back room, some additional lights turned on and I was suddenly aware of the boys standing before Harper and I.
"Hello, I`m Jerrod," the boy Harper was dancing "with" said with an outstretched hand. That hand is tan, his whole body is, all six-foot-two of his body. He had dark brown hair that he slicked back for the occasion, but some of it fell out of place while he was dancing, framing his shockingly bright green eyes and slight freckles. His nose fit his face perfectly and his lips were full without being large. With one silver hoop pierced through his left ear. He was wearing a deep blue shirt with this stripes and matching dark blue slacks, with a loose tie around his throat, the top button undone to reveal some of his tan and toned chest. He was the definition of tall, dark, and handsome. His shoulders were probably double the size of my thin best friends who was staring at him, unsure of what to do, just taking in the view.
I elbowed her.
"Oh! My um, my name is, um," she paused unable to think. He smiled sweetly but honestly looked just as in awe of her as she was of him.
"Harper. Her name is Harper," I reached out and shook his hand, "nice to meet you Jerrod. I`m Jen."
"Nice to meet you as well," he said looking into my eyes, Harper than shook his hand with a nervous smile.
"And my name is Austin," the deep voice brought my attention to the equally gorgeous man standing in front of me.
Oh god, my mother is not going to like this.
Okay guys, I hope you liked it! Again, any constructive criticism or comments are greatly appreciated (and they make me happy J)
And I don`t own and part of "Cha Cha Slide" by the great DJ Casper.
