"Thank you sir!" said Billy Hazen as a middle aged man dropped some change into his box. As the man walked away, Bill kept an eye on the entertainers further down. Perhaps they were just what they appeared to be, perhaps not.

Most likely not.

The rest of the Eta Rho brothers were at the other end of the park. Since the financial district was there, it was a more likely target.

A few moments later he felt a slight vibration in his wrist. It was time for him to check in.

"North to central, all clear!" he whispered.

Seconds later another vibration indicated that the message was received.

Three hours into the afternoon and nothing was happening. Perhaps, he mused, nothing will. He remembered when he was first accepted into the fraternity. He expected more excitement…
