When they are born, humans are pure white. They are free from the evils of corruption and vulgarity. Unfortunately, sin is irrepressible in this world. Every human being is eventually clouded by selfish desires and twisted thoughts.
What makes them human is their ability to overcome such evil.
Many are able to persevere through the dark periods of their lives. They learn the difference between unleashing sin and accepting sin. They soon grow up to become well-rounded individuals as they work under the label of the common man, raise families, and live within their hypothetical white-picket-fenced two-story cottage.
Such is life.
As said, sin is irrepressible, but mistakes are made to be fixed, no?
There are those, however, who succumb to the black darkness in their hearts. They do not unleash sin. They don't even accept sin.
They are ENGULFED by sin.
It becomes their everything. They heed the voice that claims their self-control. They give in to the silvery whisper, the one that urges them to cause chaos, in life or death.
They are the true demons. The ones who act off sin, live off sin, and essentially become sin itself.
Do not feel sorry for such beings. They are true to themselves, as warped as they are.
If you must, feel sorry for yourself.
Feel sorry that you are human, for you cannot revel in the bad, in the evil, without guilt wracking your brittle bones.
Feel sorry that you are human, for you are expected to stay on the path laid out by Fate, the righteous path where sin is punishable by death or worse.
Feel sorry that you are human, for you must do your utmost best to stay unstained, even when the whole world tempts you the opposite.
Tell me: are you really the person you've always hoped to be? Or are you pretending?
hiiiiii XD Review? Maybe?
