10"Rise my child. It is time to accept the soul I offered you Mikicum," the creator of demons said to the pile of flesh that took form into a new demon.
"I have arisen father. Or should I call you by your name?" the new demon said as it bowed to its sealed father.
"There is no need son. I have given you life to accomplish your mission," the father replied.
"Tell me and I shall accomplish it without hesitation father," the new demon calmly said.
"I want you to spread terror in the heart of mankind, to give them a little warning of my return. You must also find, when they manifest, the Seven Eyes Of Heaven, so I can be freed from my prison. Lastly, Zurka, my first child and your oldest brother betrayed us and decide to prevent my return, in order to protect a human girl, he felt in love with. I want you to end the life of that female human. It will show my son the price of betraying your father. Use the knowledge I shared you and accomplish your mission," the demon told his son.
"I will father," he bowed.
"And… Don't bother with Yaug. He is just doing whatever he wants," the father replied.
"As you wish," Mikicum replied before walking away, "I won't fail you like my other siblings."
Chapter 12: The King Of The Sky Part 1
Zurka was sitting on the ceiling and watched the school from the outside. It had been two days since the detective came and the demon didn't want to deal with them. It had no place for more humans to devour. The demon checked his belly and it was still inflated with how much flesh was in its stretched stomach. It wasn't that oversized anymore as it digestive system accelerated the digestion, but it was still round, "As the human said, I have to be on a diet."
The demon belched lightly and covered his mouth, "Damn. I'm letting her alone," he clearly saw her from the window, "Worried for me," it smiled lightly.
It was glad that there was a bond manifesting between them, but when it comes to love, it was still one sided. The demon knew of its rival and had to find a way to be victorious. It could eat the boy but knew that it would hurt Luna. Zurka would never hurt her.
The demon sighed. It couldn't help by thing back of the night when it fought its brother Kukruo. It was a horrifying night for Zurka. It never thought that Luna might had died, but now, it was affecting him. Another thing that came back was the warm contact when she was in its clothes. It would never forget the warm against its chest, her scent on its skin and the feeling of her sweet skin, so soft that it wished its skin was like that, so it would be sweet for Luna.
For the rest of the day, the demon watched her as its guardian. Something suddenly tapped his back, "Your okay big brother?"
Yaug was by its side and gazed at Zurka, "I forgot something," it joyfully said, just before licking an eyeball of its older brother.
"Enough with this! I'm tired of having your tongue on my eye every time we meet!" Zurka yelled.
The white demon giggled, "Now you are better. I lick you because I love you big brother. You are the best brother I have."
"With only me alive," it replied.
"No. There's a new one and doesn't care for me, Al-" Yaug yelped when Zurka grabbed it by its shoulder and lifted the white demon.
"A new one? Father created another one! Tell me!" Zurka ordered.
"Calm down big bro. I came for that," Yaug replied before patting the shout of the gray demon, which didn't like it at all as it let the white one falling on its butt.
"Why?" it asked as it watched Luna.
Yaug nervously tapped its fingers and it put its head against the shoulder of Zurka, "I don't want you to hate me big brother. Dad never talks to me and the others are either evil or doesn't care for me."
"I don't care for you either."
"Don't make bad joke big bro," the white one replied before giggling loudly. It hugged Zurka and asked, "How's Luna?"
"Fine," it replied as it glared at its younger brother.
"What about your really big belly?"
"Better. Now-"
"Can I rub it a-"
"No! Who's the new demon?" it ordered furiously.
Yaug puffed and jumped backward, "This info isn't for free big bro. I am not really bored right now, but I want something in return."
"What is it? If it helps protecting Luna, I'll do anything," the demon replied, knowing how harmless the proposition of its brother really is. There was little to lose, then its time.
"I want to dare you to do something. I heard some humans that plays true or dare, but I want to dare you to do something. It will be easy and a little fun," Yaug excitedly said as it bounced left and right.
The gray demon wasn't interested, but for Luna's sake, "What is the dare?"
"I dare you to…" Yaug thought about it and innocently grinned, "Hug Luna in your true form."
The gray demon eyes shrunk when it heard the dare. It had two conflictual feeling, fury and nervousness. The simple thought of hugging Luna was a dream come true. To feel her against it was something it wanted to happen again, but in its real form, right after school. It decided which emotion should come, but its face turned red and managed to shyly said, "What? Like that!"
Yaug giggled, "I knew you'll like this dare. I thought about giving her a kiss, but it's way too weird. So, a hug is enough," it tapped the snout of its big brother, "You want to hug her right?"
Zurka covered its face with its hat and managed to reply, "Mind your own business!"
"You're so cute big bro," Yaug giggled and jumped around, "Do it after school. Grab her and hold her against your chest."
"H-"
"I will tell you everything I know about Mikicum. Your new little brother, who's after your Luna," the white demon said.
Logic finally reactivated in the demon's mind, "I'm a demon. Luna will be terrorized and scared of me!"
"Maybe," the white demon mysteriously replied as it turned around, "Or she might trust you… A little."
Zurka thought back. She did keep his demonic existence a secret but doing that was… really a bad idea. There was a lot of risk, but knowing its little brother, everything was already calculated, "Fi… Fuck no! I can't risk doing that!" Despite that, it wasn't sure if the calculation might go against it or not.
Yaug whined, "But You wanna hug her right? You said you were ready to do anything."
"But I can't do that," it replied as it put back its hat on its head.
"Fine big bro. Afraid to lose her. Just be careful of your blind spot and don't let her fall," the white demon said before hopping away, leaving the other one alone.
It was then that class was over, and Luna was returning to her home. The demon thought about the last words of the white demon and frowned. It didn't really understand the blind spot, it was aware of that it the demon would come from behind, but not anywhere else. As for letting her fall, it was unclear. The demon followed her like a watchdog and his senses were on alert. Its new brother was surely going after her and it had to be ready.
The demon made sure that it wouldn't be taken by surprise like the previous time with Yaug and Kukruo. It won't let its guard drop this time.
When Luna was turning the street, a dark shadow suddenly came and grabbed Luna. The demon never saw where it was coming, but Luna was already dragged in the air.
"Dammit!" Zurka furiously grunted as it chassed after the new demon. It quickly realised that its new brother came from above, when it noticed the wings.
It had black skin cover its slender body, one large amber eye, a beak with large fang, two wings with hands at the end of it and two short legs. It wore black pants.
Zurka quickly gave chasse and was dashing as fast as it could. It cursed itself as its large stomach was giving some dangerous extra weight as it jumped from building to building. Despite that, it wasn't stopping its motivation from letting its love one die. The moment that thought came, it knew how she would be killed if it didn't do anything. The new demon was gaining more and more altitude as it dragged her. It was, thankfully, able to catch up to the black demon as the distance was reducing.
Luna was surprisingly quiet. Zurka would expect her to yell trying to do anything, but when it saw her paled face, it knew she was terrorised. The gray demon wanted to tell her that it was coming, but it didn't want to know her to know the true about its true self.
The new demon gained more and more altitude. It gazed at Luna and asked, "What's wrong? I thought human would yell when they are in danger, but you seem braver than I first believed," it observed her carefully, never realising that she was terrorised by the altitude she currently was.
She was grabbed the arms of her captor and didn't try to struggle, or she might fall. In her mind, the thought of 'Why me?' was repeating itself. It was then that she noticed the gray demon that saved her a few nights ago, chasing after them. No words or relief came, as she wondered why it was there once again. When the gray demon was close enough, she noticed the demon was overweight, but more importantly, saw both rage and worrisome on the face of the gray one. She felt like it wanted to yell something but didn't.
Mikicum gazed on the ground and said, "Whatever you are brave or not, you are dead Luna," it gazed at her before dropping her, or so it thought. It saw that she was holding its arm, "Humans. Sometimes, resisting more than they should, as if living a few more seconds was mocking fate," it added in annoyance before slashing the hand of Luna.
Pain forced her to let go and felt.
Zurka gazed at her in horror and accelerated, it was so close that it might had been able to do something, but she was already falling. The demon used everything it had to cross the distance and jumped from the building it was on. It raised its arms and tried to grab her. It almost yelled something to her but managed to keep it down at the last second. It caught her and held her against its chest. The gray demon saw that they were about to crash against the wall of the next building and made sure that its back was what could hit the wall and not Luna.
It broke thought the wall and rolled on the ground, still holding Luna against it as they span on the ground. They eventually stopped, and the demon laid down on its back, a little confused.
They were in the last floor of a building, which was, deserved of any human presence.
Luna grumbled painfully as she lightly bled from her hand. She looked at the confused demon and saw it with its mouth opened and eyes spinning. She quickly released she was on its chest and climbed off as she took a few steps back.
Zurka quickly recovered and noticed her taking a safe distance from itself. The demon showed its hands, asking/begging for her to wait. It tapped on its chest and pointed outside.
She didn't get what the demon really meant, but it did save her life, "Is it about the other one?"
The gray demon nodded positively as it asked her to come closer.
She nodded negatively, still mistrusting the demon.
Zurka frowned as it gazed outside, searching for its brother. It suddenly felt pressure on its snout and was sent against a wall.
"I should have realised that you would be watching her," Mikicum said as it landed inside, "I should have lacerated her flesh instead of dropping her. My mistake."
That infuriated Zurka who stood up and charged. The black demon moved its wings and sent a powerful gust at the demon, sending it away.
The gray demon landed on the wall and painfully grumbled.
"S-" Luna was grabbed by the wrist of the black demon.
"What best way to kill you than using you as a weapon against my brother," Mikicum declared as it threw her towards Zurka.
The gray demon recovered and gasped when Luna came at it. She slammed into its gut, making them past thought the wall and landing at the other side. Zurka painfully coughed as saliva came out of its mouth. It checked on the girl and saw her on its gut. It was thankful for a second that it was overweight that cushioned the impact.
The demon saw its brother creating a ball with the wind it trapped in its claws. It grabbed Luna and hid against the wall as it opened its coat.
When it put her inside, she wasn't struggling this time.
"Why?" she whispered to the demon.
It didn't reply but closed the coat as she held against the chest of the demon.
Zurka wanted too much to say something. It changed its voiced and whispered, in a strange tone, sounding between human and not, "I care," it managed to mysteriously say. The demon heard a sound and rolled on the ground when the wall exploded.
Zurka quickly searched for a way to deal with its new brother. It now had seen the power and guessed that it could control the wind. Another explosion occurred near it and the demon dashed to the right, making sure that a wall was separating them.
The gray demon mentally cursed itself, as it had no range attack compared to its brother. It cursed again for not doing what its younger brother dared to do. If it hugged her, it could have more intel and be next to her when it came. It wondered why Yaug wanted to help him but shook its head as it wasn't the time for that. The demon increased its paced and tried to find a plan. It checked on Luna and saw the girl still holding against it. It put its hand on her head and pat it as another explosion came behind them.
The demon found a tactic and went into motion. It asked Luna to be very quiet and she nodded.
Mikicum had its eyes closed and tried to hear the sound of the wind emitted by the body of the gray demon but heard nothing.
"You stopped moving brother. No matter. It won't help you." Mikicum approached towards its brother.
The demon gazed everywhere with its large amber eyes. It carefully observed its surrounding, trying to find where the gray demon was hiding. It continued approaching when something felt on its back, crushing it on the ground.
Zurka grabbed one of the wings and pulled it with everything it got. The sound of the flesh tearing appeared was hear and the wind was taken away from the arm, letting the black demon painfully screamed.
Mikicum furiously glared at its older brother, "You bastard!"
It turned around and Zurka was the one of the ground. The black demon used its agility to spin around and hit the crutch of the gray one.
Zurka felt its dick and its inner testicles crushed under the impact and immediately screamed in agony. When the claws aimed for Luna, the gray demon grabbed the wrist and crushed it. As the wrist broke, the gray demon kicked its brother away and grabbed something, just before jumping in the air. It landed on the face of Mikicum and jumped backward, before raising high in the air the object in its hands, debris of the wall Mikicum broke and threw it on the crutch of its younger brother.
Mikicum felt the same level of pain than Zurka and covered its painful genitals with its left hand while the right one threw a powerful ball of wind at Zurka.
The gray demon protected Luna as it was sent away. It gazed forward and saw Mikicum running away, before jumping from the hole where Zurka was first sent in.
The gray demon watched the scene and Luna. It was relieved when it saw she was alright, but also worried, as Mikicum would strike back soon and had to find a way to protect Luna. It put its hand on her head, never letting her go outside of its coat.
