Night Time

Blinding flood of sunset's brilliance fades,

Dimly lit world shades,

Black finders caress the moon.

A simple shadow, lovely, innocent,

turns to something terror remiscent,

but I'm content,

the stars will sparkle soon.

Death's colors, blue black and sterling,

Yet filled with life, powers sharing,

Small creatures come above to play.

Despite the heat of mornings and day,

Ne'er escape the chill nights lay,

Watch as further in, I stray;
