Chapter Six: "Dead End Town"
A Poem
You have ideas and dreams.
And you won't give them up for anything.
You'll be different, you swear.
You're going somewhere.
Then you meet that guy.
And you believe his lies.
You trust him, believe every word.
You know you'll never feel any hurt.
Then, one day it all disappears.
And you let loose the tears.
You weren't supposed to ever cry.
He was supposed to always try.
But he selfishly gave up on everything.
He left you with nothing.
Now he's gone.
And you realize you were wrong.
He let you down.
And left you stuck in this dead-end town.
