Author's Note: So last year I decided to take part in a Practising Gratitude Challenge. Basically for each day for August I listed three things that I was grateful for in my life. It was a pretty cool idea because it made me realise overall I had plenty of awesome things in my life. That, and it was a self-discovery process.

1st August 2019 - Entry 1

3 things that I'm grateful for:

1. My sense of humour. It is very quirky, unique and sometimes sarcastic. Comedy appeals to me overall.

2. My ability to explore and go to places on my own. I should stretch my horizons in the near future.

3. My kindness towards other people. Most times I like to help out because that's the way I've been brought up.
