Reason for Your Smile

There's really not much

I want to have or do,

I pretty much have

everything I hoped for

but it's times like these

when I'm just sitting across,

looking at your beautiful face

all relaxed and happily

looking back at me…

that I say a silent wish

in my heart,

I just want to be

the reason for your smile

for the rest of my life.
