"I'll do it tomorrow,"

I say;

"I've got plenty of time!"

But then tomorrow comes,

And the thing is left untouched,

And so I say,

"I'll do it tomorrow!"

But again and again,

I put the task off,

And the deadline rolls by

With the work barely finished.

But maybe next time will change

The pace at which I work.

I tell myself I'll do better,

Until I repeat those four dreaded words:

"I'll do it tomorrow!"
