I threw stones in the South East China Sea

I thought to myself if I blink this would all disappear from me

Can I never grow old?

Unwilling to give my years to time

But history taints and tears and this is life

Dreams, can I have all the time to look for you?

Immune to this famine I've known all my life

By the South East China Sea, I want to redeem what's been shattered and tainted by the expectations of society

.

But now I'm finding myself throwing parts of my humanity in the yellow river

I swallow my pride by the Ganges and pour my shame in the Yangtze

I dull myself and become dim in a world of light

This stress will melt and my seventeenth year of life will soon evaporate

.

And dreams I cannot find you,

I have searched you in the deepest corners of my mind

.

I see Asia, where all my beginnings began

I see a beginning, where the sky renews itself

I see the memory, questioning and riddling with me

i see hours of diminishing gold, diminishing time, diminishing rhyme

.

I threw stones in the South East China Sea

I thought to myself if I blink this would all disappear from me
