He is currently working as a Financial Planner at Highland Financial Group in Wellesley, Massachusetts.
Serving as the Equity Analyst at Wells Capital Management, Pieter worked as the consumer, media, and healthcare analyst on the Wells Fargo Global Opportunities Fund, a small to mid-cap portfolio which has been ranked a 4-star fund by Morningstar and ranked top decile for 1, 3, 5-year performance.
Pieter very well explains the difference between small and mid-cap stocks. He clarifies that small cap stocks belong to companies whose market capitalization ranges between $300 million and $1 billion, whereas mid cap stocks are offered by larger companies that have a market capitalization between $1 billion and $5 billion.
