Log 1

An old camera showed a blue blob inside a room. It had little else about the thing in the room. No limbs or anything else special. The camera recorded the blue blob as it wiggled lightly near something that was outside of the camera view. The word mute was present on the top left corner.

"Beginning Log 1. Today, we are September 12 1724."

"I am Miguel. I am a scientist who is studying on an Outsider. I have to precise, in the name of science and fairness, that I am a black scientist who came from the Desert Land to study on those beings whose existence focused on the Land of Freedom."

"This is my first record on my experiment on an Outsider. For those who doesn't understand it, an Outsider. If you are wondering why this is just a blob, it is simply because this is the first phase of those beings."

"Where do the Outsiders come from? No one knows. They began to show up at around 1550-1570, depending's on the records by the explorers. They are myths that said that some strange creatures began to show up after a meteor crashed on Terra, but no one can confirm its veracity."

"For the record itself. This Outsider has been captured yesterday thanks to a special weapon that sent shock into its body. Those beings seemed to be weak to electric shock. Those quickly put this one into paralysis and allowed me to put it into this inescapable room. Everything is sealed and only a door can open, when it is time to feed or test it. To minimize the need to enter in there… items are hidden in the reinforced walls such as restrain equipment and teaching tools."

"The Outsider is currently only an animal who works only on instinct. It cannot think and it cannot feel. It will only consume its victims in only one way."

"The Outsider weight is currently 80 kilograms and at had an estimate radius of 60 centimeters. It is half the side before it could divide into two beings with the same DNA. Yes… I forgot to say that those things have DNA, despite its unnatural origin. Despite having DNA, it doesn't currently have a sex."

"Back to it. The Outsider is currently being tested to see the procedure to metamorphosis into it's second phase. For this, I put something to consume. A human, a homeless male who is currently being mentally tortured by the Outsider. They have the power to create illusions into their victims to induce fear to a certain point."

"After this, it will still only feed on male humans. The reason will be explained when the fourth phase is reached."

"On it's first phase, the Outsider will use more natural feal, like monsters and other things. It cannot go into more elaborate of psychological fear, as it is only exploiting humans' instinct on fear."

"At this stage, I could only theorise that those beings could only feeds on human once they are greatly afraid of it. There must be something that makes humans more… delicious or appetizing to eat after mentally destroying them in fear. The reason is unknown, will need further study. Right now, the focus is on its metamorphosis and the usability of those Outsiders as biological weapon."

"It looks like it waited long enough."

The blob suddenly moved and a part of the body expended. It began to pull a human head into it's middle. The human struggled the best he could, body covered with sweat.

It wasn't long before the human stopped struggling as it felt dead. It the began to absorb the rest of the body.

"This is a quick attack from the Outsider. The human had no where to run and suffered mental pain until now. It doesn't have a mouth now, so it killed the human by pressuring the skull until it broke. I put it on mute to spare you from the sound of the bones breaking. Now, it is eating the entire body. It will take for a while before it reached the next phase."

"I must admit. I feel excited for what is to come. The investors will be happy once we reached the true part of this project."
