Shin Lin walked in front of his TV with a small box that contained a few items. There was a disk in a box, a black taser with a large battery attached to it and a key. The title of the box was: Astrio Investigation. He grabbed a disk from the box and looked at it, "This is so old tech."
His parents were gone. They died in some accident in the city of Astrio. According to the news and the police.
His sister disappeared from the map. Police said that she was the victim of an Outsider. The news said the same.
He didn't believe any of them.
His parents were known as Seekers. A group of people who searched for the true behind the lies.
The box was his only lead about what happened to his parents. The disk was the videos they made, put together or obtained legally or not.
He grabbed inserted the disk into the DVD reader.
Let's see what I can out," he watched the different files it cumulated. He went to the OCCS and pressed on it.
File 1: OCCS Compilation
27 December 1724
A man watched a video on a large Tv. He looked a little nervous. The image showed a large room with a large bench, a few chairs, a desk with a computer on it and a few paintings on the wall.
"Quite delicious. I'm sure you aren't enjoying to lose me dear investor," he raised his arms, "Hope you enjoyed this show," he licked his lips and cleaned his entire face of the blood with his longue tongue. He sipped his tongue back in. He frowned and let out a furious grunt, "There is one thing for you to know. By the time you receive this log, it will already be too late," his face approached the camera, until only the mouth remained. As he opened it, a bit of the remain of his dinner was there, "Because I know where you live."
He chuckled loudly, but continued to glared at the camera, "See you soon."
The man looked left and right, "This is just some sick joke. That Outsider cannot know where we are. Even if he can read mind, he doesn't know how to use a computer. The lab is far away from here. He can't find me."
A shadow moved a little as he approached the man. Red eyes shined from the dark side of the room.
"Yeah. That Outsider is playing with our mind."
The shadowy being let out a grin. It grew bigger and bigger as he reduced the distance. Once he was close, his mouth was near the right ear and said, "Oh HELL-looooo!"
The man turned around and yelped. He felt on the ground and quickly crawled away.
The Outsider raised his hand and showed nothing. Despite that, the man screamed in horror.
"The one is from that video," Shin commented as he recognised the Outsider, who probably held on his promise.
The blue Outsider wiggled what was in his hand. The camera showed nothing, but for the man, whatever it was, it was real.
"W-what have you done to her?"
"You know. Lighten up her shoulders. That's why I brought her head here," he giggled.
The man backed away and went toward his desk.
He was grabbed by the monster who let the nothing felt on the ground, "Very little time to dine on you," he opened his mouth and proceeded to eat the man.
Shin ignored the gruesome way the man died. He had no sympathy for him. He crossed his arms and took note, "That Outsider knows where that place is."
The image on the screen glitched for a few seconds. In an instant, a text suddenly appeared: This brings back memories.
"That is not in the normal file," he quickly understood.
It went to the next video.

"The Outsiders. What are they?"
The image of an Outsider appeared. It was a humanoid monster with amber eyes, black skin and wore a brown cloak.
"Outsiders are dangerous man eating being that appeared on Terra since the 16 centuries. They consume humans to metamorphosis into a monster intelligent and powerful being. They are well known around the world."
"They can cause hallucinations to cause an immense sense of fear, before eating you."
"Now, it is time to answer the question. How can we be safe from them?"
The image of a few confused people who raised their shoulders in confusion.
The image changed to another one, a man who held a gun and aimed at one of the Outsider.
"Possessing a gun is one way to protect yourself from them, but the bullets aren't enough. Their body is hard and well protected."
The image turned to a human who ran away from an Outsider.
"Running away is not an option. They are faster than a human and stronger. Besides, they attack humans when they are certain that their movement are restricted because of fear."
"It is difficult to recognise the difference between reality and illusions against the Outsiders, especially when they are more humanoids."
Images of depressed human who lost all hope.
"But fear not. There is a safe heaven where you will be under the protection of the OCCS."
"Astrio City," Shin grumbled.
"Astrio City!"
A very big city appeared. It was filled with people and vehicles. They were many vehicles of the police force. They were many cameras on the street lights that observed around and above.
"With the cameras and the many hidden securities, the Outsiders will be quickly detected and eliminated if they show up in the city. Thanks to the OCCS and their special force to handle them, you will be able to live peacefully, without the fear of one of them having you for lunch."
"Just a big lie. It's a nest of Outsiders because the city is that big that they are here. I bet this is what the OCCS wanted from the start. I can't handle more of the OCCS propaganda," he ignored the rest and the file was over, "Not a lot about the OCCS."
The television glitched once again and a message appeared: I can see you!
A smile appeared on the camera, showing sharp fangs on it.
Shin turned towards the window to his right and looked outside. He noticed a pair of red eyes, far away in the darkness of the night.
