Volleyball Court

On the volleyball court I am needed,
Wanted,
Depended upon.

On the volleyball court I won't let you down,
And if I do,
I'll make an amazing play and you will forgive me.

On the volleyball court I give each little detail,
Enough attention to make it turn out right.
If only I did the same with friendships.

On the volleyball court I don't forget to show I care.
I don't forget to support you,
And I don't forget to help you through the hard plays.

On the volleyball court I am happy.
If I mess up,
It doesn't get me down.

On the volleyball court I get the type of pain,
That Bengay can make less painful,
And then is gone in a day.

On the volleyball court I almost always get a second chance,
And I don't screw it up,
When I do.

If only life was a volleyball court...
