Alice opens her eyes
Sees Wonderland's true form
Bloody roses, sickly violets, death all around
The Mad Hatter is truly mad
He laughs as he dines upon the Door Mouse,
The March Hare dangling broken from a treebehind him
The Red Queen screams, "Off with their heads!"
And seconds later, hers rolls 'cross the floor
And the Cheshire Cat grins maniacally from her perch in a blackened tree
"Alice," says he, "Alice, see Wonderland now!"
But Alice just stands there staring
Blood soaking the frock that she's wearing
For she too is mad
And now holds the White Rabbit's head in her hands
