Titanic Dreams
It was the ship of dreams.
The ship of beauty.
The ship of hopes and new light.
The ship of mystery and happiness.
That all changed as a cold iceberg hit.
Everybody turned from peace to horror.
Nobody knew what is going on.
They didn't know if they even wanted to know.
The truth,
That they were sinking deeper.
Closer to death.
As the lady Titanic began to make its journey,
To the under world.
People were all in chaos,
No body knew what to do.
To live or to die.
Some gave up,
But some fought for their lives.
As the Titanic desapeared into the water,
And took many lives with her.
But some were still fighting,
Trying to think.
But the cold waters of the Atlantic confused them.
They tried to swim,
But the cold water stung their bodies.
Water was beating against their bodies,
Like waves on rocks.
Water, was their most feared creature at the moment.
Soon more lives were taken away,
It became silent,
Dead silent.
As the water calmed down,
The soft waves of the water slowly,
Rocked bodies to their long slumber.
Til' now Titanic is in our lives.
To some its just a tale,
Nothing more.
To some its imprinted in their hearts,
Like they were there,
Experienced the tragety that struck hard on everyone.
The quiet,
Mystical Atlantic.
Still echos screams of death and confusion in its aura.
As ghosts of the tragedy still haunt the sea,
Waiting for someone to comeback and save them.
Waiting, crying for their loved one's.
For children who didn't have a chance to grow up,
Exprerience life.
Waiting for god to answer their whispered prayers.
Waiting, waiting.
As the Titanic dreams continue.
