The Dolphin

Fires burn within it's soul,

Flames lick at the heart that's now black as coal

Hate for mankind as old as the sea

Eyes filled with longing, wanting to be free.

It's mind filled with fear entangled with hate,

Any chance of redemption, has now passed-Too late.

There's no source of solace, there's nowhere to hide,

Wherever it goes, their beady eyes pry...

It's soul remains tarnished all happiness gone.

It's spirit destroyed, been depleted too long.

Filled with dispair, there's just no escape,

But "how entertaining"- insane for our sake.
