The Purple Roses of Dionsu
Drugs, Gangs, and Gambling rule the city of Dionsu with an iron fist. Only the tentative alliance formed by the leading gangs in the city manages to keep things relatively peaceful. It's a controlled chaos that keeps everything running. You can only hold onto it for so long though.
