My Stories Fav: Stories
1If It Was Indeed Love
This is a poem that summarizes what I need to learn the hard way for the last six years. So yes, it came from a personal experience.
Poetry: Love, K+, English, Romance & Hurt/Comfort, words: 157, 9/16
1 My Take on Kindness
This is the second essay I'm uploading here. Just my thoughts on what kindness means and how my definition of it has evolved as I've matured (at least I'd like to think so) through the years.
Fiction: Essay, K, English, Friendship & Hurt/Comfort, words: 474, 8/1
Of What Is?
If you're familiar with the classic song, "The Search is Over" by Survivor, this is the short, sappy version. Just wanted to write something about love but with a lighter theme (as it's been heavy lately).
Poetry: Love, K, English, Poetry & Romance, words: 55, 8/1
2 Stay, Please Stay
So much longing and yearning to be together that not even death dare break the spiritual connection they have with each other.
Poetry: Love, K+, English, Romance & Hurt/Comfort, words: 144, 7/30
Kismet Adrienne
A mother's poem for her baby in heaven. A mother's words of love and longing for her daughter.

15 Once Upon a Summer Day »
EDITED. I started this story with no particular names for the two main characters but after receiving feedback from readers of "The Homecoming" (my second and first completed story) and asking for how Luke and Mace fell in love, I decided to reveal their names here. The scoop here is THIS IS REALLY HOW THEIR LOVE STORY STARTED OUT. ;-)

Passing by a Road of Trees
Wrote out thoughts of wanting to disappear from the phase of the face of the earth in this poem. In reality though, it's not that I want to it permanently but it would be nice to get away from it all from time to time. Just to have an escape every once in a while.
Poetry: Life, K, English, Hurt/Comfort & Spiritual, words: 88, favs: 1, 5/13/2023
1 This Charade
A poem I wrote depicting of being lonely on the inside but painting a happy face for the outside. When pretending for so long, it all becomes second nature that one would start to believe what is being projected. This poem is rather sad and one I would say is already a cry for help.
Poetry: Love, K, English, Hurt/Comfort & Angst, words: 150, 5/13/2023
If I Could Truly Be Where I Want to Be
Contrary to the sunny day as I wrote this, I was in a rather melancholic mood. Thus, the result of a poem dedicated to the person taken away from this world all too soon, but who I have long promised to love for the rest of my life.
Poetry: Love, T, English, Romance & Hurt/Comfort, words: 307, favs: 1, 7/21/2022
To Never Lose Yourself
This is my first publication for this year and it's not a story. It's some valuable realizations I've embraced since clawing out of the pain the year 2019 brought. I was in a really dark place then but I'm thankful that I'm in a better disposition now. I'm slowly getting back my old self and it's good. I'm hoping that what I wrote here can help someone just as it helped me.
Fiction: Essay, K, English, Hurt/Comfort, words: 334, 3/23/2022
1 One Sunny Smile
Something I wrote in pretty much five minutes flat, just airing out what's bottled inside. Forgive me, this is not exactly angst. I'm just feeling sad these days I guess.
Fiction: General, K, English, Hurt/Comfort, words: 221, 10/30/2020
1 Reason for Your Smile
Just a short poem I wrote inspired from two of my very favorite artists.
Poetry: Love, K, English, Romance & Poetry, words: 78, favs: 1, 10/30/2020
To Have Shared this Sunset with You
I wrote this in memory of watching a beautiful sunset at Bacolod City, Philippines. It's actually been more than a year since I last made a poem. I'm glad I was able to write this after a long hiatus.

1 Despair
A wife's broken heart over her husband's betrayal.

2 Swing
After a failed marriage, love is once again knocking on Tish's door; however, not in the way she expected. This time, love comes in the form of a female knight-in-shining armor by the name of Bree. Despite being straight, Tish finds herself swept away by a whirl of emotions. Will she give this love a chance despite the odds? One Shot story. Rated M with F/F theme.
Fiction: Romance, M, English, Romance & Family, words: 4k+, 5/14/2019
2 A Mother's Hidden Sorrow
How do you cope with the loss of a family or loved one? Does it get better over time or do you just get used to the loss as the years go by?
Fiction: Spiritual, K+, English, Family & Hurt/Comfort, words: 928, 3/19/2019
1 Coffee and Cafes
Wrote this poem in less than five minutes while having coffee at a really quaint coffee shop in one of the provinces of our place. It was an early rainy morning and the mood just suddenly struck me.
Poetry: Love, K, English, Romance, words: 29, 1/28/2019
1 If You Could See Me Now
There are some people who come into our lives and whether we realized it or not, have taken up so much room in our hearts that when the time comes for them to leave, they take with them a part of us, and we are never ever the same.
Poetry: Love, K+, English, Romance & Hurt/Comfort, words: 268, favs: 1, 1/22/2019
