If I Could Truly Be Where I Want to Be Contrary to the sunny day as I wrote this, I was in a rather melancholic mood. Thus, the result of a poem dedicated to the person taken away from this world all too soon, but who I have long promised to love for the rest of my life.

To Never Lose Yourself This is my first publication for this year and it's not a story. It's some valuable realizations I've embraced since clawing out of the pain the year 2019 brought. I was in a really dark place then but I'm thankful that I'm in a better disposition now. I'm slowly getting back my old self and it's good. I'm hoping that what I wrote here can help someone just as it helped me.

One Sunny Smile Something I wrote in pretty much five minutes flat, just airing out what's bottled inside. Forgive me, this is not exactly angst. I'm just feeling sad these days I guess.

15Once Upon a Summer Day » EDITED. I started this story with no particular names for the two main characters but after receiving feedback from readers of "The Homecoming" (my second and first completed story) and asking for how Luke and Mace fell in love, I decided to reveal their names here. 1 Coffee and Cafes Wrote this poem in less than five minutes while having coffee at a really quaint coffee shop in one of the provinces of our place. It was an early rainy morning and the mood just suddenly struck me.

1 Father Time This is yet another poem where I drew inspiration from watching the Korean series, "Goblin." It just got me to thinking how sad life must be if you're doomed to be alive for so many centuries and witness all the bad things that happen in this world, including the death of your loved ones for many reincarnations. But then again, there are still good memories to cherish despite that.

2 I Lose Myself I made this poem last year after finishing the Korean series, "Goblin" and listening to the OSTs, "Hush" and "Stuck In Love." There's just something really sweet and poignant with Korean plots. It honestly takes me quite some time to move on after finishing a series. With Goblin, I was truly inspired. It was one of the best dramas I've ever seen.

2 In Another Time, In Another Life I wrote this poem back in January 2015, for a long lost love that can no longer be. Underneath the poem I penned, I also wrote the words, "To all those who have loved and lost, literally and figuratively." I must have been pretty sad on this day.

2 Time Forgets Everything But I wrote this poem while listening to Yiruma's piece, "Passing By." It just got me to thinking of my life - where I am now, where I was at and where I hope to be in the future. And I realized that I miss so many things of the past including the me that was before the world told me who and what to be.
