3Cigarette Kisses The first poem I wrote in U.S. Navy boot camp (nothing better to do). I went in after my summer vacation preceding my senior year of high school. This was reminiscence of the good and bad and the shades in between.

2Fading Photographs Photographs are great reminders of situations in the past, but they should never be the sole means of rememberance. So much of the experience is lost... so many feelings forgotten.

1The Nature of All Greatness This is a speech I wrote in an attempt to speak at graduation. It wasn't picked; but I didn't write it for them, I wrote it for myself. If you can understand why it didn't get picked, then you will have reaped the most out of what I have to say.

1Natural Part of this poem is done in the form of Brooke's "The Great Lover" in order to practice descriptive language in a "laundry list" type format. It came out nice and I descovered something about myself along the way.

1Smooth Acceleration Life is full of regrettable decisions but you're not at the end of the road yet.

2Black Veil This poem is about a guy realizing that the woman he loves is no longer a virgin and discovering that the trivialities of social norms and "innocence" doesn't really matter.

4Identity Mankind's identity is evolving, yet dissipating. This poem analyzes the nature of man and the coming era of a more liberal/adaptable generation and what it means for society and life.

3The LegendMakers We are the recorders, the writers. We make them great.

5Of Demons and Angels A couple slowly come to grips with the restrictions their vastly different beliefs put on them. Kind of a feel good yet melencholy story. Does anyone even read this section? I should put this under action and see the reviews I get.
