Taking Bets on Humanity My husband and I were taking bets on someone keeping their word. It inspired me to write this poem. I rarely use rhyming, but I felt like doing so this time.

1 Careful Obsession Here the word careful does not firmly mean the opposite of careless. It means like purposeful and thought out. I use it instead of those other words to highlight the meaning of obsession, which is usually thought of as careless.
