My Stories 53
1The Storm I would glance out of the window every now and again, and picture of a storm building inside my mind. I beheld a revelation of a world in ruin.
Poetry: Nature, K+, English, words: 140, 6/23/2004
Symphony of Indecision This poem kind of reflects my feelings after a huge argument at home. Caught between the wanting of nonexistence or eternal dreaming, as I like the things I see when I sleep. Think I'll choose the latter.
Poetry: General, K+, English, Angst, words: 113, 6/23/2004
Rain More of a prose (this site needs a prose section) but it doesn't hurt to take a look at. My semi-revelation one day while standing amid in what we call the "Annual Portland Metropolitan Monsoon".
Fiction: General, K, English, words: 410, 5/31/2004
2Hit and Run Implications of getting hit by a car, and foreshadowing death. What goes on one's mind while they are hit, and what do they see and hear when they die? How much does it hurt?
Poetry: Song, K+, English, Tragedy, words: 240, 5/21/2004
The Harvest Focuses around a scythe and a "harvester". It's that time of year, children. Be sure you've locked your doors at night before you go to sleep. Moreover was based off of a drawing of mine.
Poetry: General, K+, English, words: 181, 5/19/2004
Interlude It's been a while since I've written any poetry, so I decided to take a break from my novels to do something a little different. This poem is short but to the point, rather than beating around the bush with three pages long. Just a little experiment.
Poetry: Song, K+, English, Poetry, words: 123, 5/18/2004
1Ice Sort of symbolic in its Winter-y ways. It has more than one meaning, and I think I'd like to see the readers interpret it however way they'd like, rather than me spoiling it. Enjoy.
Poetry: Fantasy, K+, English, words: 190, 1/10/2004
3Rescind General outlook on suicide. I think I was thinking about "The Outsider" by A Perfect Circle, but...not. This is generally to the people who say they're going to kill themselves in order to get attention.
Poetry: General, K+, English, Angst & Tragedy, words: 138, 1/8/2004
1A Child Astray Hm, destroyed city and all...what could this represent? Trying not to sound vain here, but I love the last verse to this, personally I think it's rather symbolic. [3-2-03]
Poetry: General, K, English, Drama & Tragedy, words: 90, 12/23/2003
Fae For some reason, I had been in the mood to write about faeries. I'm not sure what instigated this mood, but this was my first attempt. I've never written, drawn, or have had anything to do with them up until now. Heh. [4-14-03]
Poetry: Fantasy, K, English, Fantasy, words: 179, 12/23/2003
1Hitori Yuki Bit of a story-poem I wrote, Hitori Yuki... (Lost Snow.) Another one I am not sure as to what to say about, you'd have to read it. Please do so, I want some opinions... [3-2-03]
Poetry: Fantasy, K+, English, Tragedy & Angst, words: 709, 12/23/2003
Kenbu to Rakuen Kenbu to Rakuen means "Dance to Paradise." a soft, anicient-like tune which hums in my ears. This is a beat that I can't seem to get out of my head. [3-2-03]
Poetry: General, K+, English, Fantasy, words: 252, 12/23/2003
Castle in the Sky One of the first songs that I wrote. I don't mind it all that much, though. I think it's one of my bests, although it's not my favorite. [1-20-02]
Poetry: Song, K+, English, words: 247, 12/23/2003
Gray Honestly, I'm not exactly sure what to say about this... [3-2-03]
Poetry: General, K, English, Angst, words: 49, 12/23/2003
The River Just a little bit of a morbid poem/song that I wrote. I have a tune that goes with it, but I guess there isn't much for that, though. [1-10-02]
Poetry: Song, K+, English, Angst & Tragedy, words: 168, 12/23/2003
Run Basically I was in [another] depressed mood, and how I feel about life currently. Sometimes I think all of us just want to run away from our problems. [7-31-02]
Poetry: General, K+, English, Angst, words: 121, 12/23/2003
1Shadow on the Wall Ah, yet another song based off of my character, Ravine. You can kind of figure out what kind of person she is my reading through the monologue of this song. This is also one of my favorites.
Poetry: Song, K+, English, Suspense & Horror, words: 568, favs: 1, 12/22/2003
Liberation Once more, I guess that this is from Ravine's point of view. Somehow this became one of my favorite poems, though. Love this one. [5-7-03]
Poetry: Song, K+, English, Suspense & Angst, words: 317, 12/22/2003
Backbone Ravine's come out to play. And she wants to take you with her.
Poetry: General, K+, English, words: 290, 12/22/2003
Tempest For some reason, this had become quite a bit of a small project for me, because it took a while to write and plan out (even though it's short.). It's about a woman who is lost at sea, and about her spirit. I'm not sure what else I can say.
Poetry: General, K+, English, Tragedy & Angst, words: 459, 12/22/2003
