I've been reading since 1991, and writing since 2001. I'm one of those people you hear about with crap self esteem, that always feels everything she does is wrong, and as such I've thrown away some good ideas because I couldn't translate them to paper in exactly the right way.

I'm learning now, in 2010, that my writing doesn't have to be exactly right; it just has to be written, put into words. The words can be played with after they're placed, but they have to be placed no matter what. Until those words are written down, they are only an internal thing, never to be shared.

And why write if not to share?
