Finally, adulthood. No boundaries. So there I was, climbing a waterfall. Though my aunt appeared petrified, I was eighteen. There was no reason not to enjoy being old. Maybe that's why we did so many ridiculous things those three weeks. Ridiculous like getting stabbed on either spiny fish or very sharp rocks upon jumping into Seneca Lake. Like lighting fireworks on a wooden dock.

I have so many questions about what they're trying to teach us in school these days...where did everything come from? Why do we call the universe the universe? How can we base a whole theory on a "missing link" that we've never really found?
