My Work

I deleted TTYL and With Love because it is unlikely I will ever update them. To all those who were following those stories, I am sorry. To all those who reviewed, I have saved the reviews and thank you for your time. It is very unlikely that I will upload more stories but I am leaving the completed ones up for your perusal.

WCC: Most are self explanatory but here is the Author's note for March WCC that FP didn't let me format.

This was the prompt which made me think of this video which made me think of the delegation my university sent to COP15 in December 2009 representing small island states.

The title is an allusion to a comment I heard at a meeting. Paraphrased: "What makes me sad is that the discourse around climate change is centered around what I call 'charismatic megafauna' - polar bears and other cute animals - yet all but ignore the catastrophic HUMAN impact climate change will have." Those words made me think of this video. Can you imagine how people would have reacted if those were not pets but children?

Think on these things.

Oh! And go read and vote in WCC in the Review Game :)

Review Game Fanfic(s): Yeah. It's just a fun thing to do. The RG is chock-full of craziness so it's a great way for me to practice writing... and not feel terrible about flaking on my other stories :)

UPDATE: I posted the first chapter of "Manuel" last night. Yay! There should be another chap coming... eventually :) 2/25/2009

UPDATE: OMG. It's finished. YAY!! 6/1/2009

Poems: This not really a project so much as my venting mechanism. I'm not very good at poetry but it makes me feel better when I'm sad. Once my head is clear though, the inspiration is gone and so I don't edit. So this is a shout out to anyone who has reviewed or will review my poems: Yes, I'm feeling better now. Thank you :D
