Rivergold High:
Rivergold High is not, in fact, a high school. I try to pull scenarios and ideas for my stories from the real world around me, therefor almost all places I mention in my writing are real. So, even though Rivergold isn't a high school, it is actually a school which I attended in my younger years. It was a K-8 school, Rivergold Elementary, and it is located in the same setting as all of my stories, Yosemite Lakes Park, California. Although on our addresses it just says Coarsegold, CA, the closest town to the park, YLP is where we live. A small community where everyone knows everyone and new travels freakin' fast. Anyways, back to the school.
Rivergold High has the same layout as Rivergold Elementary, though slightly larger. There is an upper-field which connects to a basketball court, a lower field, a quad, a large staff office, and a gigantic cafeteria. There are three sets of classrooms. The upper classrooms, the lower classrooms, and the ground classrooms, going from highest to lowest. Each classroom is a whole separate building, with windows on two walls only.
The class separation system in this school is a bit different(In Rivergold High, not the actual Rivergold). There are three class levels, levels A, B, and C, and four grade levels. Therefor resulting in classes 1-A, 1-B, and 1-C for Freshmen, 2-A, 2-B, and 2-C for Sophomore, and so on through Junior and Senior as well. The class levels for each student are determined by their GPA and, in the case of Freshmen, their entry test scores. Class level A is the most advanced, and class level C is the least, with B being middle-ground. Students in class level C are often seen as trouble-makers and slackers, which they generally are, and class level A students are seen as book-worms and deadbeats.
Inside the class levels there are also two homerooms(It's a small school...), so that none of the teachers have too heavy a workload. Generally these two homerooms still do almost everything together, so it's almost like just having one class, but with two different teachers responsible for one half. The students of each class level get to do different activities, like Class 3-B getting to go to Catalina in March, but not the other classes. The school has a rewards system for each of the class levels in each of the four grades, if the entire class can get a certain grade, the entire class will get a reward.
I think that's pretty much it. So far all the stories I've written/am writing have been in 3-A, 3-B, and 4-B, though I am planning to write something in either 2 or 3-C, just to get a look at some of that rebellious action. :)

Yes, I realize some of them are really strange, but me and my friend came up with these together, and the weirder they are, the more fun they're going to be to write. Also, if anyone wants to use these, or make your own list, feel free to! Just... Send me a link if you use mine, I'd like to see how they turn out(:
