Hello!
Just thought I'd use this space to tell you a bit about myself and also to give summaries of my stories.
I love fantasy and romance with a passion and they are the two genres I write in pretty much exclusively.
I have a great passion for cooking, reading, painting, drawing, and of course writing.
I am going to say right now that I cannot spell. I am mildly dyslexic and though I do proof read at least twice before posting some things do slip through the net along with the odd grammar problem. I do try but if you do see something let me know and I’ll fix it. Trust me, it irritates me finding the mistakes as much as they irritate you to read.
I’d love any feedback readers would like to give and if anyone would ever like me to read their stuff I’d be more than happy to.
*At present I am focusing on writing A Vampire’s Slave and rewriting and editing My Grim Reaper. However I do plan on doing more work on my other pieces as soon as I have the time and inspiration, I promise.*
MY STORIES
My Grim Reaper
Cale never saw saving her as kindness. Faye just fell into his arms and has screwed his life up royally from the first moment he met her. He's spent the last 1700 years virtually alone; so why can't he stop thinking about kissing her? And why can't Faye stop doing exactly the same? Demons of the London underworld are literally out to get their blood. This is not the time for love!
I was inspired to write a story like this after taking up the Darkhunter Series by Sherrilyn Kenyon. They are great books and I wanted to create something similar to that. The story follows Faye as she discovers a world she never thought could possibly exist and as she finds her place in it, discovering new things about herself and also finding love.
*This story is currently on hiatus as it undergoes a major edit, rewrite and plot rethink. Sorry to people who are following this story but I do hope you won't give up on me.*
A Vampire's Slave
Tori's life is turned upside down when she's kidnapped and taken to an uncharted island inhabited by vampires, where she is sold to the highest bidder for her high quality blood. Violated and degraded in a life of servitude can Tori escape? And what is she going to do about her growing feelings for the handsome, black-eyed vampire set to stop her doing just that?
This story was written because I was sick of scrolling through the FP lists and reading angsty vampire stories which we’re pretty much just twilight wrapped in different packages. I wanted to write a story about vampires the way I thought they would exist if they were real and alive and living in today’s society.
I was inspired when I read an article saying that over 2000 people go missing every year in America alone, and I wondered to myself where all these people went. So that was where the idea of vampire kidnapping originated. I also wanted to flesh out a realistic and believable society that could be surviving and kidnapping humans every day, one that could have survived for hundreds of years without our knowledge. Kidnap has also been a great fixation of mine in terms of the psychological effect it has on a person. I was also tired of kidnap stories where the victim is constantly strong and fighting back. I just never see it as believable because in most cases victims find it very difficult to fight their captors when threatened. I wanted to try and show the journey of a young girl through these terrible experiences in a way that people could understand and would be believable.
Learn To Let Me Go
Carly was 12 when her mother died leaving her alone with her step-father Chris. Not only does he abuse her body and mind but she's the new scholarship girl at Kingsbane High and is attracting some unwanted attention while failing not to fall in love.
This story was started because I’d read a fair few teenage romance novels set in schools and I kinda wanted to do one of my own in my own way. Generally I wanted to make it a little interesting so added in the fact that my main female protagonist is seriously abused by her step-father (I have a love for tortured characters) and the fact that the school is an elitist academy.
*Also currently on hiatus. Though I am unlikely to be updating this story very soon I’m afraid.*
Just For A While
Shay, an escaped slave, is running from his horrific, abusive past. Close to death he's saved by Toma, an Archanist and head of a troupe of travelling performers. Can Toma help Shay's soul heal, teach him to trust again and save him from a vengeful master? Moreover, can he do it while fighting the dark secrets of his own past and his growing feelings for Shay? Slash, M/M
This is a story I started writing because I wanted to have a real fantasy out there, set in a fantasy world. I’d also had an idea fleshed out for a while about a M/M, slash romance which I wanted to do. Again I’ve created tortured characters and thrown them together in the hopes that they can be each other’s salvation.

From the West
After the war forced Kara from her home she came to The Edge's red light district. For years she's worked there, but when Talius, a traitor and wanted man comes looking for her on a mission from her dead brother, Kara discovers that not all men are evil.
This story started because I wanted to set a story in a more unusual setting, a brothel, and wanted to create characters with some real history and emotion and motivation behind them.
