1 Insomnia of Thoughts I am unsure where this came from and I am even unsure as to exactly what it is describing. I suppose it's just my thoughts on myself. Anyway, I hope you enjoy this!

1Word of Trust My feelings on trust and what happens when trust is broken. Written to cope with the feelings of anger and naiveté I felt after a "friend" broke my trust. I hope that you like it.

4 Smoke and Lies My first ever haiku, I feel that it captures my feelings on lies and their nature rather well. Please stop and review me, but be patient - it's my first haiku after all! [the huge word count is due to an author's note]

The Ones Who Stare They are out there, those petty people who will do nothing but stare at you for being unique. This is what you do. Just my thoughts on how to deal with the starers.

1The Autism Series: Treated Like a Child A poem I wrote when I was treated as less than a non-autistic person by somebody very close to me and how much it made me angry and sad. I hope that you enjoy this poem and take away the serious message behind it! Thanks

3Autism Series 2: This Thing About Hugs This poem concerns how many autistic people tend to have qualms about physical contact: particularly hugs. Please take a little time to read this and I feel sure that you will walk away with a fresh understanding...and my thanks!

1Autism Series 1: Time You Try I am autistic and I am tired of trying to change just to make others happy. I wrote this poem in order to try to grasp my feelings of betrayal that come from the lack of understanding of my friends and particularly my family. Enjoy, but try to take the important message away.
Poetry: Life, K, English, Poetry & Angst, words: 523, favs: 1, 9/28/2012
1 Memories of Love Just a poem devoted to my memories of my Grandmother and how alike we were. This is not your average bereavement poem - though I refer to the funeral, it is mostly a tribute to the lady who inspired me to write. Though I have said it is complete, I am willing to edit it to make it better so feel free to put suggestions in the reviews. Though it says it is over 1000 words, its not.
