Two Birds With One Stone The Moa was a great bird, and the Haast's Eagle was its only natural predator. But humans changed that when they came to New Zealand, hunting the Moas to extinction, and essentially destroying the great Haast's as well. Two birds with one stone: That's an expression I love to hate!
