Punk Gage, a shy boy, runs into two boys, Ryan and Connie, two perverted punks who have a sense of humor, with his bike as he was making his way home, trying to avoid an oncoming tornado. What with Ryan and Connie's house being in the direction of the tornado, Gage allows them to stay at his house until the storm passes.
