I'm Ink and, as you can tell, I am a writer. The thing I love most about writing is that I can create a character, place it in a setting, and watch the world around the character explode to life. Following the character through the story- be it sad, happy, humorous, or insane- is amazing for I can be the characters just for a little while. I remember that as a child the thing that spoke most to me were the characters in my books. They were my friends and helped me believe in myself.

No matter what one does, one never sees the world the same way after they read a book. Reading affects how you see your life and the people around you. This is why I have chosen to be a word-smith.

Favorite Writers: J. R. R. Tolkien, Eoin Colfer, Jim Butcher, C. S. Lewis, Cornelia Funke, Brian Jacques, and many more. These are just the favorites.

Favorite quote: "It is a dangerous thing, Frodo, going out your door. And if you don't keep your feet under you, there's no telling where you might end up." (J. R. R. Tolkien's The Fellowship of the Rings.) It's a reminder that life lies outside and that one has to go and explore to find their adventure.
